I return to this work from a deeper place — seasoned by my own healing, guided by Spirit, and rooted in lineage.

My path to this sacred work began through the doorway of my own trauma healing. I had a deep desire to break cycles, reclaim my voice, and reconnect with the Divine. I carry the medicine of my Ancestors Abuela Paula Guttierez Cartagena, a quiet healer in her own way, Abuelo Hilberto Guttierez, Abuelo Felix Garcia, Abuela Antonia Garcia, and the teachings of Char Sundust, Angeles Arrien, Abuela Matilda Meints, Sarah McLean, Sandra Ingerman, and others who shaped my understanding of soul and ceremony. I offer this work in honor of them — and in service to your soul’s remembering.

My Shamanic Practice & Lineage

My shamanic work is rooted in a five-year apprenticeship with my sacred soul teacher, Char Sundust, at the Oracle Institute in Seattle, WA. Through Char, I learned the frameworks of ceremony, ritual, ancestral healing, the Four Chambers of the Heart, and the art of walking in right relationship with Spirit. This lineage continues to guide every session, circle, and ceremony I offer.

My practice weaves:

Integrative Teachings That Shape My Work

Alongside my shamanic lineage, my practice is grounded in additional long-term trainings and soul-centered arts:

Internal Family Systems (IFS)

I completed five years of intensive IFS study with Jay Early, Everett Considine, and Dina Love, and I’ve integrated parts work into my healing practice for over 15 years. This work helps clients meet the younger, exiled, and protective parts of the self with compassion and understanding, creating profound inner harmony.

Embodiment & Dance Medicine

I completed a three-year 5 Rhythms training with Christine Havens, Andrea Juan, Jenny Macke, and Adam Barley. From this, I created and taught Soul Dance for over a decade — a movement meditation that bridges body, spirit, and emotional truth.
Movement remains a central doorway in my work, returning people to presence, power, and embodied connection.

Retreat Facilitation

I have co-facilitated the Four Rivers Healing Retreat with Everett Considine and Heather Gatto for many years across the world. These retreats offer profound healing, community, and transformation. Our next gathering will be in Costa Rica, where ceremony, nature, and deep soul work meet.
