Welcome to my coaching and healing practice. I am deeply honored to be part of your personal, professional and spiritual journey. To choose me as your Trauma Coach and/or healing practitioner you will want to become familiar with my process, disclosures, and policies. To better serve you, they are briefly outlined here.

The  Process:

As your Trauma Coach, I support, empower, and encourage you in your recovery journey.  I support you as your peer.  There is no power differential.  Your heart knows what you need.   I will help you discover and explore your inner wisdom.  I support you in living the life you love and want.  My intention is to add to your awareness of the effect(s) of trauma and guide you on a path of “client-directed” recovery.

I utilize my life experience tools, Internal Family Systems, trauma recovery tools, and intuitive coaching to help you move past fears, anxieties, and od patterns to connect with your authentic self.  We will work together to help you set goals to move past the conditioning of trauma that is blocking you from the life and relationships you want. I will walk alongside you and help you as you follow your own true path.

Spiritual Mentoring and Soul Retrieval Process:

In our work together, you will come to relealize there is nothing wrong, shameful or broken about you. You are an incredible divine human being just as you are. The light of your own being led you here. Your next small step with me, will take you along the road laid down for you. I offer a safe space to be exactly where you are and who you are.

In our session(s), we will focus on your life challenges.  The areas of your life could be career, relationship, spirituality, sexuality, life dream, or break limiting patterns and beliefs.  Again, you have all the answers inside yourself, to know how to direct your life and what you need.  I am here to support, empower, uplift, validate and celebrate your strengths and the victories of your life.  For the challenges, we will find out what happened, receive the wisdom they offer and let that empower your next steps.  Usually, I will offer three or more creative solutions that you might not have thought of.  You will then hone your intuitive wisdom and ability to see and feel what is right for you.

For Soul Retrieval, we work together to bring healing to your past trauma(s).  We bring back the lost essences that make you, you! For example, your joy, power, voice and choice, self-love to name a few.  I work with you in this way if called for to bring deep healing and positive change.  This is a ceremony for those who wish to break those hard-wired patterns from many kinds of trauma.  (Mentally, Physically, Emotionally, Spiritually).

If you are called to begin this conversation you have long since wanted to start, please call me for more information. (206-697-1357).
