What to Expect During a Heart Reading:

  • Sacred Heart Reading: I journey into your heart with the guidance of my spirit animal, gaining insights and confirmations that come directly from the heart space. Your heart will show me what’s happening in your life and what aspects need attention.

  • Connection to Your Life Dream and Destiny: Your heart holds the key to your deepest purpose, your life’s dream and destiny. This reading connects you to that dream, reminding you of your true path and why you’re here on this Earth.

Why the Heart is Important in Shamanism:

In shamanic traditions, the heart is considered the spiritual center and the soul’s core, often referred to as the individual expression of the Great Spirit. It is not merely an organ that pumps blood; it is the seat of intuition, inner wisdom, and guidance.

  • Location: Sessions can be done in person (Guilford Office) or via Zoom for remote clients.

  • Intention: Bring a clear intention for what you wish to explore and understand during the Heart Walk—whether it’s reconnecting with your heart, understanding your gifts, or clarifying your life’s purpose.
  • Comfortable Space: Be in a space where you can relax and open up to the process. This could be in my office, your home, a quiet nature spot, or any place where you feel safe and grounded.
  • Presence: Come with an open heart and a willingness to receive guidance, knowing that what you learn will help you grow into the fullness of your potential.

Sacred Heart Reading Integration:

After the Sacred Heart Reading, take time to reflect on the insights you’ve received. You may want to journal, meditate, or engage in creative practices to process the guidance from your heart.
