A Journey of Spiritual & Soul Development
For over 20 years, I have been devoted to my spiritual and emotional path — studying, practicing, facilitating circles, working one-on-one, and guiding retreats. This work is not something I teach from theory. It is something I live.
Sacred Ways Circle grows out of that lived experience.
For nearly two decades, I have trained with my sacred teacher, Char Sundust, in Cross-Cultural Indigenous lineage teachings. She has given me her blessing to carry this work forward in my own way. I hold that with respect and responsibility.
This circle is a steady place to return each week — to reflect, to practice, to be honest, and to stay connected to what truly matters.
We will work with:
• The Four-Chambered Heart (Full, Clear, Strong, Open)
• Emotional maturity and accountability
• The Four Directions of Forgiveness
• Soul alignment and living ceremony

The first three gatherings will be a time for us to build the container together — respectfully and confidentially. Safety is something we create together.
For this first round, the circle will be donation-based.
You are welcome to attend weekly or biweekly as your schedule allows. Weekly participation is encouraged if you want to receive the depth of the work.
We will gather through early June and close with a Summer Solstice Weekend (June 20–21, 2026).
