From My Heart to Yours
I’m Sam Garcia, a gay man, shamanic practitioner, spiritual mentor, retreat and men’s circle facilitator.
I have been part of and facilitated men’s circles for over a decade. These spaces have shaped me, supported my healing, and shown me the power of sitting shoulder-to-shoulder with men in truth.
As a gay man who has walked through complex sexual trauma and abandonment, I know what it is to sit in the fire — and to find my way back to my heart and soul.
What I Bring & My Intention
I bring grounded presence, deep empathy, and a real commitment to your healing.
A space where gay and bisexual men can be honest, supported, and met without judgment —
where we go to the heart of what’s real, together.
My intention is to create a space where you feel safe, empowered, authentic, and deeply supported —
a place for connection, truth, and the kind of grace that helps you come back to yourself.

This circle is for gay and bisexual men, 18+, who are ready for deeper connection and emotional growth.
For men who are:
Seeking real brotherhood
Navigating relationships, identity, grief, trauma, or life transitions
Healing shame, isolation, or disconnection
Learning to trust themselves and their bodies
Leaders, facilitators, therapists, or helpers who also need support
Ready to live with more clarity, integrity, and purpose
All backgrounds, identities, and lived experiences within the gay and bisexual community are welcome.

Free Intro Nights
One or more 2-hour introductory gatherings where gay and bisexual men experience the circle, connect, and feel the work.
Monthly Ongoing Circle
A once-a-month facilitated circle offering a consistent, grounded space for connection, healing, and community.
Special Topic Workshops
Focused workshops on emotional regulation, healthy relationships, intimacy and boundaries, belonging, grief, shame, self-worth, leadership, and healing.
